Valuation

An estimate of what an asset or company is worth.

Definition

An estimate of what an asset or company is worth. Traditional finance uses metrics like P/E ratios and discounted cash flows. Crypto valuation is harder since most tokens don't produce cash flows and rely more on speculation and narrative.
