PBS

Proposer-Builder Separation.

Definition

Proposer-Builder Separation. A design where the roles of building blocks (selecting and ordering transactions) and proposing blocks (adding them to the chain) are split between different actors. This aims to reduce centralization from MEV and ensure validators don't need specialized hardware to remain competitive.
