Gas Sponsorship

When a third party pays the transaction fees on behalf of a user.

Definition

When a third party pays the transaction fees on behalf of a user. This removes the biggest friction point in crypto: needing to own the native gas token before you can do anything. Paymasters in ERC-4337 and relayers enable gas sponsorship, making onboarding feel like a normal app.
