Definition

The largest decentralized exchange on Ethereum that pioneered the automated market maker model. It lets anyone list a token by creating a liquidity pool and trade without intermediaries. Uniswap V3 introduced concentrated liquidity, and V4 brought customizable hooks that let developers add features to pools.
