Soulbound Token

A non-transferable NFT that represents credentials, achievements, or identity attributes.

Definition

A non-transferable NFT that represents credentials, achievements, or identity attributes. Proposed by Vitalik Buterin, soulbound tokens can't be sold or transferred, so they actually represent something about the holder. Use cases include proof of attendance, academic credentials, and professional certifications.
