Normie

Someone who isn't involved in crypto or doesn't understand the culture.

Definition

Someone who isn't involved in crypto or doesn't understand the culture. Used by crypto natives to distinguish between experienced participants and newcomers. When normies start buying crypto, it's often seen as a sign of a market top. Also called nocoiner if they specifically don't own any crypto.
