Liquidity Pool

A pool of tokens locked in a smart contract that enables decentralized trading.

Definition

A pool of tokens locked in a smart contract that enables decentralized trading. Instead of matching buyers and sellers, traders swap against the pool. Liquidity providers earn fees from every trade proportional to their share.
