Liquid Staking

Staking your crypto while still being able to use it in DeFi through a receipt token.

Definition

Staking your crypto while still being able to use it in DeFi through a receipt token. When you stake ETH through Lido, you get stETH that represents your staked position and can be traded or used as collateral elsewhere. It solves the problem of locked capital in traditional staking.
